You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all personal data we hold about you. Use the options below to submit your request.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
  • Shipping history and package records
  • Saved addresses
  • Invoice and payment history
  • Any uploaded documents or images
  • Communications and support history
This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted it cannot be recovered. Any active shipments or outstanding invoices will also be affected.

Option 1 — From your account

If you have an active account, log in and submit the request directly from your dashboard. The option is available in the user menu.

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account. Include your full name and the email on your account.

Processing time: Requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
